How can I request an appointment?

Use our online appointment center to select a date and time that work for you. After your request is sent, you will receive an email letting you know if your appointment has been accepted.

How do you accept payment?

Payment is due immediately following your appointment and can be accepted using cash, check, or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Gratuity is accepted via cash or Venmo.


What are your COVID safety protocols?

Élon Studios follows the Ohio State Board Safety and Sanitation Rules in conjunction with federal CDC requirements. Celina wears a facial covering and we strongly recommend that you wear one as well. If you are feeling sick with fever, chills, or a cough, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.


What kind of products do you use?

We are pleased to use professional Davines products in our salon, made from natural and eco-friendly ingredients in sustainable packaging. We believe that superior quality products will not only make you look and feel better, they help make our earth better.


What is your cancellation policy?

Any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the credit card on file 50% of the total cost for your appointment.
